The Identity theft assistance is a free telephone service following identity theft, a perk to policyholders who have auto or home insurance with Sogemec Assurances/The Personal. Certain conditions, exclusions and limitations may apply.
If your identity is stolen, the Identity theft assistance provides individual support during every step of the identity recovery process.
If you:
- need ID prevention tips,
- need assistance restoring your ID,
- are a victim of ID theft or believe you might be,

The Personal refers to The Personal General Insurance Inc. Service offered to The Personal clients by the Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec. Certain conditions, exclusions and limitations may apply.
