Our dental coverage, offered under Option 2 of our Health insurance plan, provides dental reimbursement of up to $1,500 per insured person per year for the following services:

• Basic dental care and prevention: 100%
• Minor restorations: 80%
• Major restorations: 50%
• Orthodontic care: 50% — maximum of $1,500 for the duration of the contract
